The warranty includes a period of 24 hours after the customer receives his order from the shipping companies, for products and spare parts sold by Asl Al Sharq Company, on the condition that they are in their original condition at the time of receipt, which includes:
1. Mechanical parts, such as, but not limited to, the muscles or the undercarriage of the car
2. Engine parts, such as but not limited to spark plugs, engine seats, and belts
3. Cooling system parts, such as but not limited to the radiator and compressor
4. Electrical parts, such as, but not limited to, predecessors and electric dynamos
Warranty does not include:
1. Poor shipping by shipping companies
2. Misuse by the customer
3. Poor installation by the customer or his representative
4. Force majeure circumstances, such as, but not limited to, fires - floods - rain - earthquakes - bad weather conditions in general.
5. Once the customer purchases and operates the product, he agrees to all terms contained in the warranty here
6. The warranty is non-transferable and only covers and applies to the original purchaser of the product
