o If the store sends a part that does not conform to the specifications of the customer’s order or sends an unusable part, the customer has the right to request a replacement or return of the part within the warranty period indicated with the order.

o East Origin Company is not obligated to make any compensation to the buyer except for the value of the paid order.

o If the customer sends the item late for more than 24 hours from the time of informing the customer service center, the return or exchange request is considered cancelled.
